With great pleasure we accepted the invitation from the Export Academy by Matrona Consulting to participate in the workshop about Exporting Macedonian SMEs from the food industry in conditions of a global economic crisis – dangers, challenges, solutions and to convey to the listeners our experiences, knowledge, and visions for the export. The basis of our business strategy is branding, and that process becomes complex and needs to be held by subtle managerial skills that will be aimed at international challenges, because building global brands on the market is a very difficult process.
